Return Window
Most eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original receipt or valid proof of purchase. The item should also include its original packaging, tags, labels, parts, and accessories when applicable.
Items that are used, damaged, missing parts, or not in resale condition may not be accepted for return or exchange.
Eligible Return Items
The following products may be eligible for return or exchange if they meet our return conditions:

- Unused screen protection products
- Mobile accessories
- Tablet accessories
- Smartwatch accessories
- Selected boutique gift items
Return eligibility may depend on the item type, packaging, and condition at the time of return.
Final Sale Items
Some products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.
Final sale items may include prepaid SIM cards, refill cards, opened screen protection products, earbuds, headphones, opened fragrances, personal-use items, clearance items, discounted final-sale items, gift cards, and special-order products.
Please ask our store team before purchase if you are unsure whether an item can be returned.
Exchanges
If an eligible item is returned within the return window and meets our return conditions, we may offer an exchange for the same item or another available item.
If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the difference. If the new item costs less, TechFix Lifestyle may offer store credit for the remaining amount.
Refunds
Approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method when possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service.
Shipping, delivery, processing, convenience, service, or labor fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by TechFix Lifestyle.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you believe a product was defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please contact us or visit the store as soon as possible.
We may inspect the item before approving a replacement, exchange, refund, or store credit.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, liquid exposure, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized changes is not covered under this policy.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and refund requests.
Without proof of purchase, TechFix Lifestyle may be unable to confirm the purchase date, price, product condition, or payment method. In that case, the return or exchange may be denied.
Store Credit
In some cases, TechFix Lifestyle may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used toward eligible future purchases at our store.
Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
